About the Guest:
Pariya Taherzadeh-Desovski is a multi-award winning audio producer. She received a Gold Prize in the History category, together with a Silver in Social Issues for her audio documentary 'Escape From Iran', at the New York Festival Radio Awards in 2020.
Because of this amazing feat, She had the pleasure of being an AFTRS guest lecturer and mentor to students in the MAS Documentary course, as well as the Postgraduate Radio and Podcasting course.
With extensive experience in the audio industry, She had taken on a variety of different roles - this being an executive producer for Netflix's new podcast, 'Lived It', EP for Finder.com's new podcast 'Two Broke Chicks', sound designer for 'The Trap', and features producer for ABC's podcast 'Days Like These', just to name a few.
